Real people, real stories, PAHO in the field!

The Pan American Health Organization

PAHO, the American branch of WHO, is present in every member state and is involved in all areas of health.

Its support helps improve policies for the management of infectious diseases, as well as the organization of primary health care centers. Health is a vast subject, but one that affects the entire population.

Yet little is known about PAHO's activities. In order to develop a dialogue between the populations of the Americas region and PAHO staff, its communications department is proposing a new "real people, real stories" approach in which its members get involved, to listen to and relay the actions made possible in the field through its actions.

The Ink Link's commitment

Our association was fortunate to be able to provide graphic support for this project, which was particularly relevant. Indeed, it was a mission for PAHO in 2015, working with Amazonian populations, that had sparked the desire to create the association, highlighting the usefulness of drawing to interact with the "field" and produce adapted health promotion materials.
